Norman Chapter

Norman Chapter was originally consecrated on Friday 2nd February 1883 but stopped meeting in 1887 probably due to low membership. The last recorded meeting was on 27th December 1887.Although we have reference to an Installation meeting in1888.
The Chapter was erased from the Supreme Grand Chapter register in 1889 and the original Warrant or Charter was returned to Supreme Grand Chapter as was required by the Constitutions of the Order.
The original Warrant could not be found when the Chapter was resurrected in 1929. A new Warrant was issued. The Chapter has met regularly since. We are looking forward to celebrating our Chapter Centenary in 2029.

The Norman Chapter successfully attracts new members by actively visiting Craft Lodges to promote the Holy Royal Arch. We take pride in the quality of our ritual which provides a meaningful and memorable experience for candidates, participants, and visitors. When we are not Exalting new members, we aim to educate and entertain members and visitors through lectures and by hosting Provincial Events such as the Ceremony of the Veils.

We are a happy and welcoming Chapter that supports the principles of the Holy Royal Arch. If you are of like mind and wish to continue your Masonic journey we are the Chapter for you.
