V W Bro Fred Richardson was installed as
Deputy Provincial Grand Master in 2006.

He was advanced on 19th September 1984 in Auckland Mark Lodge No 596.  He was Master of that Lodge in 1995.

His first appointment in Provincial Grand Mark Lodge was that of
Deputy Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies in 1998 and he was promoted to Past Provincial Grand Senior Warden in 1998
and appointed Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies from 1998 – 2001.

He was appointed Provincial Grand Secretary from 2001 – 2003.

He was appointed to the office of Assistant Provincial Grand Master in 2003 and appointed Provincial Deputy Grand Master in 2006

In Grand Mark Lodge he was appointed
Assistant Grand Director of Ceremonies in 2000
Promoted to Past Grand Junior Deacon in 2004
and promoted to Past Grand Junior Overseer in 2008
