V W Bro Frank Alexander Rankin was installed as
Assistant Provincial Grand Master in 2006.

He was advanced on 20th February 1979 in
Ambrose Crowley Mark Lodge No 1269. 
He was Worshipful Master of that Lodge in 1990.

His first appointment in Provincial Grand Mark Lodge was that of
Past Provincial Grand Junior Warden in 1995.  
He was appointed Assistant Provincial Grand Secretary from 1997-1999.  Then Deputy Provincial Grand Secretary from 2000-2003 and was Provincial Grand Secretary from 2003-2006.

In Grand Mark Lodge he was appointed
Past Assistant Grand Director of Ceremonies in 1997,
promoted to Past Grand Senior Deacon in 2004
and promoted to Past Grand Junior Overseer in 2009.
